📌 Important Information for Your Rental
We’re committed to making your event smooth, safe, and fun! Please review the following details before your rental:
-YOU MUST VERIFY DATE IS AVAILABLE BEFORE PAYING DEPOSIT (If date is not available online, please call or text (804)247-6147 to discuss available options)
-Adult supervision is required at all times while the inflatable is in use.
-No shoes, food, drinks, or pets are allowed on the inflatable to maintain cleanliness and safety.
-A deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due before or upon setup.
-Payment Options:
• Pay online
• Pay via Cash or Zelle to tabby@tabbystailoredtravel.com with no additional fees
• If paying online, the remaining balance must be submitted by 11:59 PM the night before your event.
• If not paid online by that time, the balance will be collected at delivery via Cash or Zelle.
-Weather Policy: If weather conditions prevent safe setup, we are happy to offer a raincheck for a future date.
