Rental Terms & Conditions

🎉 Bounce With Us Rental Agreement

By Tabby’s Tailored Travel, LLC

By submitting this form, I agree to the rental terms and conditions outlined below for my Bounce With Us rental, including inflatable rentals, concession machine rentals, movie equipment, and any additional rental equipment selected. I understand that this agreement is legally binding and enforceable upon submission and signature.

📅 Deposit & Payment

• A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your rental date.

• Full payment is due before or at the time of delivery/setup.

• Payments may be made using approved methods outlined in your invoice.

❌ Cancellations

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled event to avoid additional charges.

• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event may be subject to full rental fees.

🌦️ Weather Policy

• If weather conditions are deemed unsafe (including rain, lightning, or sustained winds exceeding 15 mph), rentals may be rescheduled without penalty prior to delivery.

• Once equipment has been delivered and set up, no refunds or rainchecks will be issued due to weather changes.

• The renter is responsible for monitoring weather conditions before and during the event.

• If the renter chooses to proceed despite potential weather concerns, they do so at their own risk.

• If equipment must be shut down after setup due to unsafe conditions, the rental will be considered fulfilled as agreed.

🛑 Equipment Use & Safety Rules

To ensure safety and protect equipment, the renter agrees to the following:

General Rules (All Rentals):

• Adult supervision is required at all times.

• Equipment must not be used during rain, lightning, or unsafe wind conditions.

• Equipment may not be moved after setup by our team.

• Setup area must be flat, safe, accessible, and free of hazards or debris.

• Equipment must be returned in the same clean and undamaged condition in which it was delivered.

Inflatables Only:

• No shoes, food, drinks, pets, sharp objects, confetti, glitter, silly string, or flips inside or around inflatables.

• Posted occupancy and weight limits must be followed.

• Inflatables must remain properly anchored and continuously inflated while in use.

Concession Machines Only (Popcorn, Snow Cone, Cotton Candy):

• Machines must remain on a flat, stable surface away from water or moisture.

• Customer must provide ice for snow cone machines unless otherwise noted.

• Only approved supplies may be used.

• Machines must not be left plugged in unattended or overnight.

• Food residue and spills should be cleaned during use.

Movie Equipment (Screen, Projector, Speaker):

• Screens must remain properly secured.

• Electronics must be protected from water, drinks, weather, and unstable surfaces.

• Power cords must remain secured and free of tripping hazards.

⚖️ Liability & Waiver

• The renter acknowledges that use of rental equipment involves inherent risks.

• By signing this agreement, the renter voluntarily releases and discharges Tabby’s Tailored Travel, LLC, its owners, agents, and employees from liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from use of rental equipment.

• The renter assumes full responsibility for injuries, damages, or property loss resulting from use of the equipment.

💲 Cleaning, Damage & Misuse Fees

• A minimum cleaning fee of $75 may apply for excessive dirt, food, gum, spills, confetti, glitter, pet hair, syrup, or other debris on inflatables.

• Excessive food residue on concession machines may result in an additional cleaning charge beginning at $25.

• Damage caused by misuse, improper supervision, unsafe operation, weather exposure, or rule violations may result in charges ranging from $150 up to full replacement cost.

• Moving equipment or using equipment contrary to instructions may result in misuse fees beginning at $100.

🚚 Delivery & Pick-Up

• Delivery and setup will occur before the scheduled rental start time whenever possible.

• Pick-up will occur the same day or the following morning unless otherwise arranged in advance.

• The renter agrees to provide safe and accessible delivery and pickup conditions.

💡 Equipment Care Reminder

All equipment must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered. Repair, replacement, cleaning, or damage costs caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized relocation, weather exposure, or failure to follow instructions remain the responsibility of the renter.

✅ Agreement Acknowledgment

By signing below:

• I confirm that I have read and understand this rental agreement.

• I agree to follow all safety and equipment rules.

• I accept responsibility for equipment during my rental period.

• I understand that failure to comply may result in additional fees and/or forfeiture of future rental privileges.
