Deposit & Payment:

    •    A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking.

    •    Full balance must be paid before or at delivery.

Cancellations:

    •    Deposits are non-refundable.

    •    Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance.

Weather Policy:

    •    If weather conditions are unsafe (high winds, thunderstorms), you may reschedule without penalty.

    •    No refunds will be given once the unit has been delivered and set up.

Usage Rules:

    •    Adult supervision is required at all times.

    •    No shoes, food, drinks, sharp objects, or pets allowed on the inflatable.

    •    Maximum weight and occupancy limits must be followed.

Liability:

    •    The renter assumes all responsibility for injuries or damages caused during use.

    •    Tabby’s Tailored Travel is not liable for accidents or injuries once the unit is set up and inspected.

Damage & Cleaning Fee:

    •    A cleaning or damage fee may be charged if the unit is returned excessively dirty, damaged, or misused.

Delivery & Pick-Up:

    •    Setup will occur before agreed upon event start time on the event day.

    •    Pick-up will occur the same day or next morning unless otherwise arranged.
