RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Deposit & Payment: - A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. - Full balance must be paid before or at delivery.

2. Cancellations:

- Deposits are non-refundable.

- Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance.

3. Weather Policy:

- If weather conditions are unsafe (high winds, thunderstorms), you may reschedule without penalty.

- No refunds will be given once the unit has been delivered and set up.

4. Usage Rules:

- Adult supervision is required at all times.

- No shoes, food, drinks, sharp objects, or pets allowed on the inflatable.

- Maximum weight and occupancy limits must be followed.

- Renter will not allow use during rain, lightning, or heavy winds.

- The equipment is to be returned in the same condition it was delivered.

- Renter agrees to ensure proper setup location: flat, grassy or indoor surface, free of debris and hazards.

5. Liability:

- The renter acknowledges that the use of inflatable bounce house equipment carries inherent risks. By signing this agreement, the Renter voluntarily releases and discharges Tabby’s Tailored Travel, LLC, its owners, agents, and employees from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death that may be sustained while using the equipment.

- The renter assumes all responsibility for injuries or damages caused during use.

6. Damage & Cleaning Fee:

- A cleaning or damage fee may be charged if the unit is returned excessively dirty, damaged, or misused.
